REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for the services offered by the following Staford Group verticals:

  • Staford School

  • Staford Preschool

  • Staford Play

The applicable entities are:

1. Admission & Registration Fees

Admission fees, registration fees, application fees and other admission-related charges are strictly non-refundable once paid.

2. Tuition Fees – Staford School & Staford Preschool

Tuition fees and other academic fees are non-refundable.

However, in exceptional circumstances, a refund or adjustment may be considered at the sole discretion of the management on a case-by-case basis. Such consideration does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

Any approved refund will take into account the period of enrolment, services already provided, expenses incurred and other relevant circumstances.

3. Staford Play – Party & Event Cancellation

Party and event bookings require an advance payment.

  • Cancellation 15 or more calendar days before the event date: The advance payment will be refunded after deduction of applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

  • Cancellation less than 15 calendar days before the event date: No refund will be provided.

  • No-show: No refund will be provided.

Requests to change the event date are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation depending on the circumstances.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the customer may be required to provide the booking or payment details necessary for verification.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed within 7–10 working days from approval.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider or other payment service provider.

5. Payment Gateway & Transaction Charges

Applicable payment gateway, transaction, processing or other non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.

Accordingly, the amount refunded may be less than the original amount paid.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is debited but the transaction is shown as failed or unsuccessful, or if a customer makes a duplicate payment, the customer should contact us with the transaction or reference number.

After verification, amounts received by us that are eligible for reversal or refund will be processed through the applicable payment mechanism.

7. Cancellation by Staford Group

If Staford Group or the relevant entity is required to cancel a confirmed service, event or booking, any applicable refund will be determined based on the circumstances and the terms applicable to that service.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Staford Group may consider exceptional cases on their individual merits. Any refund, adjustment, credit or rescheduling offered in such circumstances shall be at the discretion of the relevant management, subject to applicable law.
